I have been a customer for over a decade when grass fed was not a thing, lol. Gold standard food for your body. The product is a reflection of the people who own and operate this farm. Thank you Beechtree for helping me feed my family, forever grateful!
First and foremost, Lucia and Charlie are such down to earth people. I ordered 1/4 Steer and 1/2 Pig along with some lamb, chicken, eggs, and honey. Charles is very knowledgeable and a very sweet person. He was very patient and orders things just as you want. When I went to do a pick up, I also got to meet Phoebe, and Robbie the farm dogs. Everything was just as ordered and all is top quality. The farm is run most naturally and organic. I was previously ordering from ButcherBox, but they got too commercial for me and couldn’t even answer questions I had about the farms they get their meats from. Just very generic answers. Charles gave me any and all info. I asked for. I’m very picky and live 1 1/2 hours away (at the Jersey shore) but it was well worth the trip not to mention the beautiful scenery. I wouldn’t think twice before ordering again. And plan to do so. It was very nice talking to Charles as we had a nice chat. And just an fyi, Robbie loves having a good belly rub. I have only just discovered this local farm but they have been around for 30 years! While their focus is on grassfed beef they offer a range of other items from lamb to eggs to honey. I look forward to trying all these products. Call before you visit to make sure they will be home. Finding the farm is a bit of a challenge as they have no sign up on Crusher road. Very nice people!
Lovely farm in Hopewell. They have everything ranging from grass fed beef, fresh chicken and duck eggs, handmade soaps, lamb, pork, and more! Remember to call to make sure someone is home before making your way over! Lucia is wonderful!
