Received a half beef about 3ish months ago, wanted to eat through some ground and different cuts before review. Which has been extremely good beef, nice marbling very tender, great ground too! Definitely on the high side as far as pricing, but you get a great healthy quality beef. Extremely nice family that cares about their cattle being raised right. Definitely quality beef, only challenge I had was around some of the packaging/labeling, weren’t fully vacuum sealed and labels were tough to read on the cuts so I sealed them with the vacuum sealer at home.
Zac is extremely sharp with his knowledge of cattle and genetics. He is certainly bringing new age technology to an age old industry.
