II’m a big fan of carne asada and noticed that this place had good reviews, so I wanted to see if it lived up to the hype. After a 30-minute drive, I was not let down. I ordered two different carne asada dishes: one marinated in lemon and the other in orange. Both were excellent, though I preferred the lemon marinade while my wife liked the orange one more. Their customer service was exceptionally welcoming; they truly treated you like family, an older gentleman whose face is on their logo, letting me know how he started the business. I also spoke to a young lady; I believe it was the daughter. Her service was awesome, great energy, and best of all backed by the quality of the food. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

We have been coming to Budget King Meats in Corona for well over 25 years!!! Their quality and flavor is never ever compromised. We hand down think it’s the best carne asada meat in the entire town!!! Gus and his family are so kind and always so friendly!! It’s family owned and have been here forever, I am so grateful to have them nearby in Corona for all my meat!!

I walked in yesterday, the store was not very busy. I understand this is a mom and pop shop and needs to be able to turn a profit. The price for their asada ranchera wasn't to my liking. Based on other reviews it seems their marinade may be worth the price. I ended up going to Stater brothers and marinading the asada myself.
This family owned and run business caught my attention one day as I was looking for pork skin, cueritos. Met the daughter Veronica, who told me a little history of her family's business. I returned today to try the marinated Carne Asada, salsa, guacamole, and chorizo. Very good service from la Doña, thank you very much. I'll let you know how it tastes after I BBQ.
