Fox Gap Farm was born from a passion for quality food and a leap of faith by two city dwellers determined to embrace farming. They first discovered their love for the agrarian lifestyle during a memorable trip to Scotland in 2016, which eventually led them back to the lands of Maryland, where they established Fox Gap as their second endeavor, following their initial foray with The Farm at Stillwater Spring.
