One Hill Farm is dedicated to providing high-quality, ethically and humanely raised grass-fed beef. Their cattle roam free across the lush green pastures of central North Carolina, ensuring they live in a natural and stress-free environment.
The farm provides two main bulk beef options: quarter beef and eighth beef. Both options include a mix of premium steaks such as ribeye and sirloin, as well as roasts, ribs, and ground beef. These selections are designed to offer variety and excellent value for families and regular cooks.
One Hill Farm ensures quality by hand-processing their beef in a USDA Inspected & Certified Halal facility. The beef is grass-fed and finished, slaughtered Zabiha Halal, dry-aged for 18 days, and then carefully butchered by hand. Each cut is individually vacuum sealed and frozen to maintain freshness and quality.
One Hill Farm offers free delivery anywhere in North Carolina for their beef products. Additionally, they support the community by accepting $10 donations to the Islamic Association of Raleigh Food Pantry, which help supply halal beef and eggs to over 150 families monthly.
While the farm is located in Siler City, North Carolina, the beef is made ready for pickup usually within 2-4 days. This setup allows local customers to directly engage with the farm while ensuring quick access to their products.

This is the best, most fresh meat you can find in the area. I’m very particular about where I get my meat and after grilling the steak, I am very impressed with the freshness and quality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We really like the meat from this farm. It is really tasty and tender. All the meat is cut and packed in the small plastic bags which is very easy to store and use. (Thats actually a lot of work to do it)
