Talk about top tier quality! You won't go back to regular beef after tasting what Anthony and Thomas Cattle have to offer. My wife and I started off with a 1/8th steer. I purchased 1/8 steer online. Pick up w was easy and I was greeted by the owner. Thomas was so kind and caring about his product. The packing was great and the quality of the meat was outstanding. It tastes different than store bought meat and other ranchers I’ve ordered from. I will definitely place another order for 1/2 steer. I highly recommend this rancher.

Let me start off by saying Thomas Cattle and Catering has a customer for life. This was my first time buying a 1/2 cow and Anthony made it simple. Every question I had he answered. He is extremely knowledgeable about the whole process. When it came to the cut sheet we went over it line by line explaining every cut. I can’t be more pleased with the quality product he has. This is a true farm to table experience and I love it. The ribeyes are fire!!! The kabob meat is fire! The ground beef if fire!!! The Denver Steak is fire!!! That’s all the cuts me and my family have eaten so far. Again Thomas Cattle and Catering has a customer for life!!!!

We just completed our third order with Thomas Cattle Co. & Catering, and it was every bit a 5 star experience. We've been so pleased with the beef on our previous orders (both 1/2 steers) that this time we purchased a whole steer. We wouldn't make this type of investment if we weren't extremely confident in the quality we'd be getting. And as with each previous order, Anthony certainly came through! The marbling is beautiful, as you can see in the attached photos. I love that I get to customize how I want things cut and packaged. Anthony walks you through every step of the process and keeps you well posted on timelines. He's very professional and really great to work with. I know that some people may be hesitant about the investment, but if you think about it how much better quality you get buying like this, as well as how much time you save not needing to shop sales, and go to the store constantly, I think you will be glad you did. Especially considering inflation and grocery prices, it's awfully nice to have a freezer full of beef and not need to worry about what pricing will do next week. We recently received our side of beef, from Thomas Cattle and Catering. Everything that we have tried, so far, has been exceptional. In comparison to grocery stores and membership purchases there is a huge difference in the quality of beef. The beef has been very tender and the highest quality we have ever had.
