Cooper's Hilltop Farm roots trace back to 1875 when James and Mary Ann Cooper emigrated from England to Massachusetts. In 1884, they settled in Leicester, founding the farm on Henshaw Street in the early 1900s. Today, the farm is a fourth-generation operation, maintaining its legacy of dairy farming since 1918.
